Doug E. Witcher and Diane L. Witcher, husband and wife,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Betty G. Mueller,
Trustee of the W.A.B.R. Mueller Revocable Living Trust, dated
6/16/95, GRANTEE, whose address is 2353 Cavalier Drive, Salt Lake
City, UT 84121, the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 13 and the N1 /2 of Lot 14 of the Leon Livingston Subdivision,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk
Subject to restrictions and reservations contained in the United States Patent
and to easements and rights -of -way of record or/in use.
