Thomas S. Yearsley, a married man, GRANTOR, of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to Phillip Delaney and Dinah Delaney, husband and wife as tenants by
the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is Post Office Box 7505, Jackson, Wyoming
83002, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 36 of Trail Ridge Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to
that plat filed October 21, 2003 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as
Plat No. 225 -F.
