Elaine Celli and Geraldine Clarke, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
George Carollo, as sole owner, GRANTEE, whose address is 5061 Hams Fork
Road, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
That part of Lot 4 of Block 6 of the Town of Kemmerer described as follows:
Beginning at a point 100 feet southerly from the northwest corner of said Block 6
and running thence southerly on Cedar Avenue 40 feet;
thence easterly 140 feet;
thence northerly 40 feet;
thence westerly 140 feet to the point of beginning, being a rectangular plot 40
feet fronting Cedar Avenue by 140 feet adjoining Lot 5 in said Block 6
subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and/or
record.
