PARTIAL RELEASE OF
MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Susan Bateman Worton, Trustee of the
Marlow and Susan Bateman Trust dated December 20, 1996, of Auburn, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as mortgagee, does hereby certify that a certain Mortgage bearing the date of January
24, 2005, made and executed by Double L Ranch #4, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company,
of PO Box 132, Freedom, WY 83120, as mortgagor, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $1,192,600.00 as therein stated, which Mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 3rd day of February, 2005, in Book 578, Page 365, Recording No.
906277, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
Lots 31, 32, 33, 35 and 37 of Double L Ranch East Phase II Subdivision, recorded
November 16, 2009 at Document No. 950568, in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming.

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, partially paid, satisfied, released,
and discharged, as to the above described portion of the mortgaged tract of land only; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said
mortgagor the portion of the mortgaged premises described above. This is a partial release of
mortgage only. The mortgage and note secured thereby remain in full force and effect for all of
the mortgaged tract of land except the portion thereof as described above and any portion of the
mortgaged tract previously released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Susan Bateman Worton as Trustee of the Marlow and Susan
Bateman Trust dated December 20, 1996, has hereunto set her hand as of the 14th day of July,
2012.

On this day of July, 2012, before me personally appeared Susan Bateman Worton
to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon her oath, did say that she is
the trustee of the Marlow and Susan Bateman Trust dated December 20, 1996, described in and
which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of
said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to
execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be
the free act and deed of said trust.
