HomeMy WebLinkAbout965621WHEREAS, SCOTT AND SABRA RICHINS, were the highest responsible bidders for the sale of the land described below at a public auction held on July 9, 2012, in Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, it appears that all conditions of the sale have been fulfilled and full payment has been made, WHEREAS, the described lands were acquired through the Act of Admissions of July 10, 1890 by the State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, it appears that all conditions have been fulfilled according to the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Wyoming entitled "An Act concerning public lands of the State of Wyoming, providing for the selection, care, leasing and control of same, and designating and defining the duties of the officers in the selection management and control of such lands," approved January 10, 1891 and the Acts amendatory and supplemental thereto; THEREFORE, the State of Wyoming, Board of Land Commissioners, in consideration four thousand three hundred and twenty dollars ($4,320.00.00) as full payment and in conformity with W.S. 36 -9 -112 grants unto SCOTT AND SABRA RICHINS, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP, and to their heirs or assigns, whose address is P.O. Box 24, Frontier Wyoming, 83121 the following described land: TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 117 WEST, 6th P. M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING Original Section 36, Resurvey Tract 37, Part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter, more particularly described in Exhibit A. The above described parcel of land contains 1.2+ acres, more or less. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same forever, together with all rights, privileges, immunities, and appurtenances of whatever nature reserving to the State of Wyoming all right, title, and interest in and to any and all minerals including coal, oil, gas, geothermal energy, coal bed methane gas, and minerals of any other character in, upon, or under the above described lands, together with the right of ingress and egress without limitation for the purpose of mining, drilling, exploring, operating, developing, storing, transporting and marketing such reserved minerals. These lands are conveyed subject to all rights of way legally established or heretofore granted under the laws of the State of Wyoming or reserved to the United States upon or across said described lands; and subject to any vested and accrued right of way of any ditch company or any person owning a ditch or ditches on or passing through any part of said lands.
