TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
James Delon Atkinson, a single person, GRANTEE, whose address is

following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:

County, Wyoming and part of Lot 9 of Block 5 of Hillcrest Subdivision of the
Town of Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 8 Block 5;
Thence N72 °48'E, 4.0 feet to an aluminum cap monument, (hereinafter abbreviated
ACM);
Thence S 17° 12'E, 90.0 feet to an ACM;
Thence S72 °48' W, 4.0 feet to an ACM;
Thence N17 °12'W, 90 feet along the easterly boundary of said Lot 8 to the point of
beginning
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and/or
record.
