($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Bell Butte Grazing
Partnership, a Wyoming Limited Partnership, GRANTEE, whose address is
PO Box 206, Randolph, UT 84064, the following described real estate, situate in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
N1/2SW1/4, Section 5, Township 19 North, Range 117 West of the 6 P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, water and
water rights, ditch and ditch rights, reservoir and reservoir rights but subject to
reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patents, 2012 real
property taxes, minerals, restrictions, reservations, encroachments, rights -of -way
and easements of sight and/or record.
