State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:

that plat recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk on April 28,
2004 as Plat No. 237 -A.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
