Hams Fork Construction, LLC, 502 Moose Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101 "Lienholder
has performed services and /or provided materials to Todd Moores, 44065 US Highway 189,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, under an agreement entered into on or about May 25, 2012 for
remodeling services at the residence located at 44065 US Highway 189, Kemmerer, Wyoming,
and more particularly described as:
All of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20, of the Resurvey of
Township 22 North, Range 115 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming lying North of
the North right of way boundary of U.S. Highway 189 as described and recorded in Book 20 of
Deeds on Page 194 on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, LESS AND EXCEPT any
land within the Westridge Holdings Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, filed December 8,
2006 as Instrument No. 925169 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
The Lienholder, in consideration of receiving payment in full for labor and /or materials
provided, hereby releases the Property and /or improvements located on the Property from any
and all liens, rights, or claims, statutory or otherwise, that the Lienholder may have by reason of
providing labor and /or materials for the Property and /or improvements located on the Property.
The Lienholder acknowledges that this Waiver of Lien releases the Lienholder's rights under the
laws of the State of Wyoming, and further acknowledges that the execution of the Waiver of
Lien is the Lienholder's voluntary act and deed.
