Home My WebLink About9657181 GRANT OF EASEMENT Budd M Rich grantors of County of Lincoln State of Wyoming hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right -of- Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities including above ground hand holes and posts. The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of damage to the utilities. The grantee will use the existing road to access and service the underground utility. The easement pertaining to the access and utilities will be for utilities only. The grantor will continue to own the land described in the easement and does not relinquish any ownership rights to the grantee on the following described property. 2.
