Township 34 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., located 11/4 miles North of Thayne, Lincoln County,
Wyoming and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which lies 1321.00 feet at a bearing
South 89 °52' East and 678.00 feet at a bearing of North 0 °13' West from the Southwest corner of said Section 11,
said point lying in the Easterly line of Highway U.S. 89; thence running North 0 °13' West along said Easterly line
150.00 feet; thence leaving said Easterly line and running South 89 °44' East 290.40 feet; thence South 0 °13' East
parallel with said Highway, 150.00 feet; thence North 89 °44' West 290.40 feet to the point of beginning; and

A portion of the Southeast Quarter Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 34 North, Range 119 West, 6th
P.M., located North of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a Brass Cap, monument marking the Southwest corner of property of Timothy N. Trefren, said Brass
Cap being also in the East line of U.S. Highway 89 and being located 1321.00 feet South 89 °52' East and 679.33
feet North 0°16' West from a Brass Cap monument found marking the Southwest corner of said Section 11; thence
South 89 °47' East along the Southerly line of said Trefren property, 290.41 feet; thence South 0 °16' East 150.00
feet; thence North 89 °47' West 290.41 feet to said East line of U.S. Highway 89; thence North 0 °16' West along
last said East line 150.00 feet to the point of beginning; and ALSO
A portion of the Northeast Quarter Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 34 North, Range 119 West, 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West
line of said Northeast Quarter Southwest Quarter, said point being South 343.09 feet from the Northwest corner of
said Northeast Quarter Southwest Quarter; thence running East 256.00 feet; thence South 1 °51'06" West 348.14
feet; thence West 244.75 feet, to first said West line; thence North along said West line; 347.96 feet to the point of
beginning.
