WHEREAS, Susan E. Schultz and Craig L. Schultz, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to The Jackson State Bank Trust, as mortgagee, the
hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated January 14,
2003 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on January 23, 2003 and re- Recorded on: February 6, 2003, at
Reception No. 887105 in Book 510 at Page 343 and re- Recorded at Reception
No. 887488 in Book 512 at Page 054.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to
Chase Home Finance, LLC, successor by merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage
Corporation.

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger
to Chase Horne Finance, LLC, successor by merger to Chase Manhattan
Mortgage Corporation., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on February 21, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue,
at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue,
Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association,
successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, successor by merger to
Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation. "Successful Bidder made the highest
and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $99,105.27,
and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on
February 21, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 21, 2012, at Reception
No. 963345 in Book 781 at Page 686.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successw and assigns by certain

and for Lincoln County at of Wyoming, on 2012 at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL

all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
successors and assigns forever.
