established January 23, 2009, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Michael
W. Hetman and Peggy R. Hetman, GRANTEES, whose address is 3846
Roberts Road, Acton, CA 93510, the following described real estate, situate in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
Lot 628 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or
record.
