KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that EARL H. PEAVLER, JR.,
TRUSTEE of the Earl H. Peavler, Jr. and LuAnn C. Peavler Family Trust dated May 9, 1997,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims unto
RAY HYDE, a single man, and MARY HYDE, a single woman, as tenants in common, formerly
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns forever, all such
right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as Grantor may have or ought to have in and
to all of the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. to wit:
That property described in the legal description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR
RAY L. HYDE AND MARY J. HYDE HYDE TRACT attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, covenants, exceptions, easements, and
rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.

That part of the SE% <SE1/4 of Section 25, T32N RI19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it
being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 320 of Photostatic Records on page 433 and that tract of record in
said Office in Book 566 of Photostatic Records on page 488, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 528
of Photostatic Records on page 91, N25 55' -31 "E, 220.55 feet, from the southwest
corner of said SE' /4SE'/;
thence N00 49' -58 "E, 76.94 feet, along said east line, to an angle point;
thence S89 37' -14 "E, 302.91 feet, along an existing fence line and the easterly extension
thereof, to an intersection with the west line of Lincoln Street;
thence S02 18' -15 "W, 77.90 feet, along said west line, to an intersection with the easterly
extension of the north line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 528 of Photostatic
Records on page 625;
thence S89 47' -22 "W, 300.89 feet, along the north line of said tract in Book 528, and the
north line of those tracts of record in said Office in Book 553 of Photostatic Records on
page 571 and in Book 455 of Photostatic Records on page 246, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.53 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 25,
T32N R119W, being S89 48' -36 "W;
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" and "intersection" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2"
aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with
appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF TRACT FOR RAY L. HYDE AND MARY J. HYDE WITHIN
THE INCORPORATED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF AFTON IN THE SE1 /4SE1 /4
SECTION 25 T32N R119W LINCOLN OUNTY, WYOMING dated 4 May 2012, as
revised.
