TRUSTEE of the Earl H. Peavler, Jr. and LuAnn C. Peavler Family Trust dated May 9, 1997,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims unto
TREIA MARIE GRAHAM, TRUSTEE of The Graham Family Trust dated October 8, 1994, amended
July 26, 2001, GRANTEE, and her successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
possession, claim, and demand as Grantor may have or ought to have in and to all of the following
described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the legal description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR
GRAHAM FAMILY TRUST, DATED 8 OCTOBER 1994, AMENDED 26 JULY 2001
GRAHAM TRACT dated 7 June 2012, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, covenants, exceptions, easements, and
rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.

That part of the SE' /4SE'/4 of Section 25, T32N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it
being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 529 of Photostatic Records on page 262, and that tract of record in
said Office in Book 552 of Photostatic Records on page 656, as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 528 of
Photostatic Records on page 91, N15 23' -50 "E, 382.27 feet, from the southwest corner
of said SE1/2SE1/4;
thence S89 52' -45 "E, 302.60 feet, along an existing fence line and the easterly extension
thereof, to an intersection with the west right -of -way line of Lincoln Street;
thence S02 18' -15 "W, 90.68 feet, along said right -of -way line, to an intersection with the
easterly extension of an existing east /west fence line;
thence S89 37' -14 "W, 302.91 feet, along said fence line and said easterly extension, to a
point on the east line of said tract in Book 528;
thence NO2 25' -35 "E, 93.34 feet, along the east line of said tract in Book 528, to the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.64 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SW of Section 25,
T32N R119W, being S89 48' -36 "W;
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" and "intersection" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2"
aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with
appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF TRACT FOR RAY L. HYDE AND MARY J. HYDE WITHIN
THE INCORPORATED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF AFTON IN THE SE1 /4SE1 /4
SECTION 25 T32N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 4 May 2012, as
revised.
