TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
Mark D. Vierig and Kristen C. Vierig, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is PO Box 129, Cokeville, WY 83114, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
All of Lot 10 of the Taylor Fifth Subdivision, as filed and platted
County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming, except for
described portion of said Lot 10, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 10, which is
center line of Westward Drive;
Thence South 53 °16' East, 45 feet to the point of beginning;
Thence North 53 °16' West, 45 feet;
Thence South 00 °43' West, 194.06 feet;
Thence in a straight line to the Point of Beginning
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, covenants, rights -of -way and easements of
sight and/or record.
