WARRANTY DEED
Richard A. Gunyan and Tara A. Gunyan, husband and wife, GRANTORS,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to Sandra L. Adams and David Williams, wife and
husband, as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is PO Box
307, Green River, WY 82935, the following described real estate, situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
SE1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 3, T22N, R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, together with right of ingress and egress and utilities along the
west thirty feet of the NE1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 3, T22N, R116W of the 6th
P M Lincoln County, Wyoming
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and/or
record.
