WHEREAS, an Installment Sales Agreement was entered into as of the 6 day of
July, 2012, between:
SETH C. JENKINS, a married person, as sole and separate property, of Afton, State of
Wyoming, as SELLER,

BGN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania Corporation of Moosic,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as BUYER for the premises situated and known as Lot 4 of
Bitter Creek Ranches Subdivision, Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to record this Notice of of Agreement in according
with the applicable statutes of Wyoming related thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto enter into this Notice of Agreement for
recording purposes:
1. Premises: Situate and known as Lot 4 of Bitter Creek Ranches Subdivision,
Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof and as set froth in Book 704 at Page 159 in
the Office of Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
2. Name of Seller: SETH C. JENKINS
3. Name of Buyer: BGN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
4. Date of Agreement: July 2012

effect as provided for under the applicable statutes relating thereto including Public
Notice of chain of interest.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties hereto
