Box 132, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, as mortgagor, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $1,192,600.00 as therein stated, which Mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 3 day of February, 2005, in Book 578, Page 365, Recording No.906277, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said county, to -wit: Lot 29 of Double L Ranch III, a Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the plat filed November 16, 2009 as Instrument No. 950571. is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, partially paid, satisfied, released, and discharged, as to the above described portion of the mortgage tract of land only; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the portion of the mortgage premises described above. This is a partial release of the mortgage only. The mortgage and note secured thereby remain in full force and effect for all of the mortgaged tract of land except the portion thereof as described above and any portion of the mortgaged tract previously released.
