dated January 1, 2007, grantor, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by those presents do for my /our heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto:
Nicholas R Aullman and Jennifer L. Aullman, husband and wife, grantees, of P.O. Box
499, Thayne, WY 83127
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I /we have, ought to have or
hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit:
Any interest grantor has be virtue of the rights of first refusal contained in instruments
recorded January 29, 2007 in Book 647PR on page 353 and recorded July 9, 2012 in Book
789PR on page 162 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk for the following described
land:
A portion of the Don C. Aullman Family Trust property, being Parcel 10 Pete's Property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 926368, in Book 647PR on Page 353,
with the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, located within the NE%4NW%4 of Section 23, T34N R119W, of
the 6th P.M., Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of the SE'/4SW% of Section 14 of said T34N R119W,
said Point of Beginning being 317.50 feet N89 °10'42 "W, along said South line from the Lloyd
B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1975 location for the Southeast Corner of said SE' /4SW'/4, of said
Section 14;
thence S0 °50'54 "W, 192.47 feet;
thence N88 °59'48 "W, 148.08 feet;
thence N15 °39'56 "W, 200.23 feet to a point in said South line of said SE'/4SW of said
Section 14,
said point being 797.62 feet S89 °10'42 "E, along said South line, from the Lloyd B. Baker
PE /LS 698, 2000 location for the Southwest Corner of said SPASM, of said Section 14;
thence S 89 °10'42 "E, along said South line, 205.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning,
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
