being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law, upon my oath, depose and state:
I prepared the Warranty Deed recorded August 3, 2012 in the records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming at Book 790, Page 696;
That the description on said Warranty Deed read as follows:
Township 24 North, Range 116 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Section 18: Lots 3, 4, and N1 /2SE1 /4
Section 19: Lot 8, SW1 /4SE1 /4
Section 29: W1 /2NW1 /4, NW1 /4SW1 /4, E1 /2SW1 /4, W1 /2SE1 /4

That there was a typographical error on said deed;
The date of said deed as reflected in line 1 should not have read August 3, 2011. The date said deed
was executed by Fox Land Livestock, Corp., a Wyoming Corporation, was in fact August 3, 2012:
That this affidavit is filed for the purpose of correcting and clarifying said matter of public record.
