WHEREAS, Brandon Robinson, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan its
successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that
certain mortgage dated October 18, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the
records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 29, 2007, at Reception No. 934430 in
Book 677 at Page 144.

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Federal
National Mortgage Association, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on
March 20, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of
the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Federal National Mortgage Association "Successful Bidder
made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$214,163.84, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful
Bidder on March 20, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful
Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of
the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on March 20, 2012, at Reception No. 963743 in Book 783
at Page 400.;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described
real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has
now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I,
Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do
hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE
ASSOCIATION, whose address is International Plaza II, 14221 Dallas Parkway, Ste.
1000, Dallas, TX 752542916, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to
the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
