address is P.O. Box 3206, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, does hereby make the following statement of facts:
1. That the Trust is the owner of Unit 3 of Lake View Villas Condominiums Amended of record
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County with Accession No. 928947.
2. That the Trust has an interest in that part of Airport Drive lying and being situate within Lake
View Villas Condominiums Amended as depicted on the plat titled, "ALPINE VILLAGE
SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2 AMENDED —23 FILING AND PLAT OF BOUNDARY
ADJUSTMENT OF LOT 83 ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 2
AMENDED -6 FILING AND BAR JB LAND, TIMBER AND CATTLE CO., LLC
WITHIN GLO LOT 1 GLO LOT 2 NE1/4NW SE'4NW' SECTION 19 T37N R118W
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 2 August 2011, as revised and recorded
concurrently herewith.
3. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
4. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
5. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original Mylar of
said plat had been signed.
