KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That LaVada Olsen, Terry W. Johnson, Gary
W. Johnson, and Norma Jean Hudson, grantors, in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey
and quitclaim unto LaVada J. Olsen, Trustee of the Southwick Family Trust dated November 1,
2005, grantee, of 51 Tom's Canyon Road, Auburn, WY 83111, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
That part of the W1/2NE1/4 and the NW1 /4 of Section 26, T33N, R119W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk in Book 726, page 716, as more particularly described on the attached
"Description for Terry W. Johnson, et al. LaVada Tract which is incorporated herein
by this reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

BEGINNING at a spike on the east line of said W%ANE'/4, N00 29' -01 "E, 205.00 feet,
from the southeast corner thereof;
thence N00 29' -01 "E, 48.18 feet, along said east line, to a spike;
thence N89 26' -58 "W, 2137.08 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
W1/2NE'% and said NW' /4, to a point;
thence S00 29' -01 "W, 223.18 feet, to a point;
thence S89 26' -58 "E, 1907.76 feet, along a line parallel with said south line, to a point;
thence N00 40' -28 "E, 175.00 feet, to a point;

lengthened as necessary to create a continuous easement with a minimum width of
