KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That LaVada Olsen, Terry W. Johnson, Gary
W. Johnson, Norma Jean Hudson, and Jamie Lynn Hudson, grantors, in consideration of Ten
and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Gary W. Johnson and Susan Johnson, husband and
wife, and Patricia Tate as j oint tenants, grantees, of 9655 East Point Drive, Sandy, UT
84092, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought
to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
That part of the W1/2NE1/4 and the NW1 /4 of Section 26, T33N, R119W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming being part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk in Book 568 PR, page 680 and in Book 726, page 716, as more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Gary W. Johnson and Susan
Johnson Gary Tract which is incorporated herein by this reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals as of the 11th day of

BEGINNING at a spike on the east line of said W1/2NE1/4, N00 29' -01 "E, 253.18 feet,
from the southeast comer thereof;
thence N89 26' -58 "W, 2137.08 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
WANE' /4 and said NW1/4, to a point;
thence N00°-29'-01"E, 406.04 feet, to a point;
thence N89 10' -50 "W, 504.03 feet, to a point;
thence N00 26' -11 "E, 165.0 feet, to a point;
thence S89 28' -00 "E, 2641.24 feet, to a spike on said east line;
thence S00 29' -01 "W, 574.60 feet, along said east line, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 30.10 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of Section 26, T33N R119W, being
