Johnson and Susan Johnson, husband and wife, of Sandy, Salt Lake County, Utah, grantors, in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Terry W. Johnson and Jane Johnson, husband and wife, and T.
