of Section 27 T33N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being all of that tract of
record in the Office of the Lincoln County clerk in Book 568 PR, page 671, and part
of part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 726, page 716, as more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Jamie Lynn Hudson and Gary
W. Johnson Norma Jean Tract which is incorporated herein by this reference.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That LaVada Olsen, Terry W. Johnson, Gary
W. Johnson, and Norma Jean Hudson, Gary W. Johnson, Jamie Lynn Hudson, and Gary W.
Johnson and Susan Johnson, husband and wife grantors, in consideration of Ten and No /100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
convey and quitclaim unto Jamie Lynn Hudson and Randi Lee Hudson, as joint tenants with right
of survivorship and not as tenants in common, grartees, of 1334 Norbest Place, Lake Havasu, AZ
86406, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought
to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights uncer and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals as of the 11th day of
