of Wyoming:
A parcel of land lying within the boundaries of Re- surveyed
T24N, R117W, of the 6 P.M. and also lying within Tracts 66,67, and
72 of said Re- Survey of said Township and Range, said parcel being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at Corner #4 of Tract 72 of the Re- Survey of T24N, R117W
of the 6 P M thence East 40 chains to Corner No. 1 of said Tract
72, thence South 20 chains, thence West 20 chains, thence South
57.5 chains, thence East 18.75 chains, thence South 22.5 chains,
