Know all persons by these presents that Ron Anderson in his capacity as the successor Trustee of
the Illa Dixie Anderson Revocable Trust, dated the 11 day of March, 1997 (the "Grantor for
ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey and warrant:
a) An undivided twenty five percent (25 interest as a tenant in common to Adam Leslie
Anderson, with a principal mailing address of PO Box 275, Turner, Oregon 97392 (a
"Grantee
b) An undivided twenty five percent (25 interest as a tenant in common to Oliver J.
Anderson, with a principal mailing address of 876 East 900 North, 15, Provo, Utah
84606 (a "Grantee
c) An undivided twenty five percent (25 interest as a tenant in common to Erin Fern
Anderson Johnson, with a principal mailing address of 16914 Northeast 13` Avenue,
Ridgefield, Washington 98642 -5651 (a "Grantee and
d) An undivided twenty five percent (25 interest as a tenant in common to Bryon Ellis
Anderson, with a principal mailing address of PO Box 275, Turner, Oregon 97392 (a
"Grantee
In and to that certain real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly
described as follows:
The Northeast Half of the Northeast Quarter Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 33
North, Range 118 West of the 6 PM, Lincoln County, Wyoming, excepting Slippery
Hollow Heights Subdivision, Lot 1, according to the plat filed October 12, 2005, as Plat
Number 333 -F.
Also excepting the Southwest 60 feet of said Northeast Half, Northeast Quarter Northeast
Quarter designated as Slippery Lane on Map 333 -F, by Lloyd B. Baker Associates,
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County the 12` day of October, 2005.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and all water and water rights, ditches and
ditch rights and other appurtenances thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations,
covenants, encroachments, conditions, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight or
of record.
Furthermore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantor does hereby waive and release
any and all rights that the Grantor may have in the aforementioned real property by virtue of or
arising under the homestead laws of the State of Wyoming.
