sum of Ten and no /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
ROCKER HORSE RANCH, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company,
"Grantee the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, in
Township 31 North of Range 119 West of the 6th P.M.
Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto,
subject to: 1) all easements and rights of way of record and legally
existing; 2) any prior reservations of oil, gas and minerals in and under
said lands; and 3) the reservations and exceptions, if any, contained in
the government patent to said land.
