COUNTY, WYOMING, AS SAID LOT IS LAID DOWN AND DESCRIBED ON THE
OFFICIAL MAP AND PLAT THEREOF, FILED AUGUST 9, 2006 AS INSTRUMENT
NO. 922287 IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
