County Courthouse, Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, a Deputy Sheriff of Lincoln County,
Wyoming offered the following described property for sale at public venue as described in an
Amended Notice of Foreclosure Sale and did sell the following- described property to Anita B.
Hokanson, Ttee u/a 3/13/97 and Kenneth M. Hokanson, Ttee u/a 3/13/97 pursuant to the power
of sale contained in the Mortgage given by GreenHead, LLC, Mortgagor, to Anita B. Hokanson,
Ttee u/a 3/13/97 and Kenneth M. Hokanson, Ttee u/a 3/13/97, Mortgage, dated December 1,
2006 and recorded December 6, 2006 in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Receiving #925082 Book 642 pages 333 -344, and
that according to the Mortgage and pursuant to Wyo. Stat. 34 -4 -101 through 34 -4 -113, said
Deputy Sheriff did sell the following- described property to Anita B. Hokanson, Ttee u/a 3/13/97
and Kenneth M. Hokanson, Ttee u/a 3/13/97 for the amount of the Foreclosure Sale bid of
$1,200,000.00 as indicated by the Certificate of Sale dated August 2, 2011 and recorded on
August 2, 2011 in Receiving #960319 Book 770 Pages 309 -319. And, whereas, all of the right,
title and interest of Anita B. Hokanson, Ttee u/a 3/13/97 and Kenneth M. Hokanson, Ttee u/a
3/13/97 in the Certificate of Sale were assigned and transferred unto Richard E. Becker and Judy
K. Becker, Trustees of the Becker Family Trust dated August 15, 1997 by an Assignment of
Certificate of Sale dated August 10, 2011 and recorded on August 11, 2011 in Receiving
#960521 Book 771 Pages 19 -22.
NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by this Deed, that I,
Sheriff /Deputy Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, in consideration of the premises, have granted
and sold and do hereby convey to Richard E. Becker and Judy K. Becker, Trustees of the Becker
Family Trust dated August 15, 1997, their successors and assigns, the following- described tract
of land:
To have and to hold the above described premises with all appurtenances to the said
Richard E. Becker and Judy K. Becker, Trustees of the Becker Family Trust dated August 15,
1997, their successors and assigns forever.
