Blake Schvaneveldt, as sole owner, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Diana Lynn
Hysell and Glen Bainbridge, as joint tenants with full rights of
survivorship, GRANTEES, whose address is PO Box 317,
Diamondville, WY 83116, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 4 of Block 7 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements
and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and
easements of sight and /or record.
