ASSESSMENT AND LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Shadow Dancer Owners Association, a
Wyoming nonprofit corporation, by F. Michael Kibbie, its Vice President, does hereby certify that the
following Notices of Assessment and Lien "Notice made and executed by Shadow Dancer Owner
Association against the real property of Michael Colleen Codmen, Lot #8 listed in the Notice as lot
owners and mortgagors, have been satisfied and released, to wit:
1. Notice of Assessment and Lien dated 2/06/2012 and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk on Receiving 963100, in Book 780 PR, pages 892, 893, 894.
2. Notice of Assessment and Lien dated 1/14/2011 and recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk on Receiving 957624, in Book 760 PR, pages 671, 672, 673.
And said Notices of Assessment and Lien, with the exceptions (if any) stated above, are hereby declared to
be fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged: and in consideration thereof Shadow Dancer Owner
Association does hereby release and quitclaim unto said lot owners, their lot #8 as described in the Notice.
In Witness Whereof; Shadow Dancer Owner Association has caused this Release of Notices of
Assessment and Lien to be executed by its authorized agent as of the 18 day of August, 2012.

personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the Vice President of Shadow dancer
Owners Association, a Wyoming nonprofit Corporation, described in and which executed the foregoing
instrument; that said instrument was signed in behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of
Directors; and said F. Michael Kibbie, V.P., acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of
said corporation.
