HomeMy WebLinkAbout966309RECEIVED 8/20/2012 at 2:32 PM RECEIVING 966309 BOOK: 792 PAGE: 33 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY SHERIFF'S DEED WHEREAS, Jonathan Teichert, a single man, as mortgagor, mortgaged to First Interstate Bank as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated August 14, 2006 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 15, 2006, in /as Book 630, Page 278; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of First Interstate Bank, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on April 10, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock am, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, First Interstate Bank "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $15,000.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on April 10, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 10, 2012, in /as Book 784, Page 387; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, M. Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to First Interstate Bank, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: LOT 95 OF ALPINE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED AUGUST 23, 2005 IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK AS PLAT NO. 206 -A. with an address of: Lot 95 of Alpine Meadows Subdivision, Alpine, WY 83128 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to First Interstate Bank, its successors and assigns forever. 0003' IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Sheriff's Deed to be executed and delivered on the l4, day of A7/4 2012.
