Pursuant to W.S. 34 -2 -123 Lynette Bateman Peterson, of Rexburg, Idaho, upon her oath deposes and says: 1. That she makes this affidavit as her recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to the provisions of W.S. 34 -2 -123 and in connection with the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming: Warranty Deed recorded in Book 388 PR, page 658: SE1 /4NE1/4 of Section 1, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all water rights and improvements thereon, but subject to easements, reservations, restrictions, restrictive covenants, and rights -of -way of record. Warranty Deed recorded in Book 388 PR, page 659: E1/2SE1/4 of Section 1, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all water rights and improvements thereon, but subject to easements, reservations, restrictions, restrictive covenants, and rights -of -way of record. Warranty Deed recorded in Book 419 PR, page 47: An undivided 1/2 interest in the following described real estate: 1 00159 RECEIVED 8/22/2012 at 10:01 AM RECEIVING 966353 BOOK: 792 PAGE: 159 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY E1/2SE1/4 of Section 1, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all water rights and improvements thereon, but subject to easements, reservations, restrictions, restrictive covenants, and rights -of -way of record. That the names of the grantees in that Warranty Deed dated August 5, 1996, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on September 30, 1996, in Book 388 PR, page 658, referred to above, conveying the above described real property is hereby stated to be as follows: Reynold W. Bateman and Verda W. Bateman, Trustee of the Reynold and Verda Bateman Revocable Trust dated June 27, 1996 "the Trust That the name of the grantee in that Warranty Deed dated December 9, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 5, 1998, in Book 419 PR, page 47, referred to above, conveying the above described real property is hereby stated to be as follows: Verda W. Bateman, Trustee of the Reynold and Verda Bateman Marital Trust "the Marital Trust 3. That she is a beneficiary of the Trust. 4. That her name and address is Lynette Bateman Peterson, 167 North 1800 East, Rexburg, ID 83440. 5. That she is the daughter of Reynold W. Bateman and Verda W. Bateman, and a beneficiary of the Trust, that Reynold W. Bateman became deceased on June 17, 1997, that Verda W. Bateman became deceased on February 21, 2012, that upon the death of Verda W. Bateman, she became the Successor Trustee of the Trust and of the Marital Trust. 6. That as of February 21, 2012, the date of death of Verda W. Bateman, Lynette Bateman Peterson became the Successor Trustee of the Trust and the Marital Trust, including their ownership of the property described above, and that she is currently lawfully serving in that capacity. 7 That the correct date of the Marital Trust is June 17, 1997. 2 8. That she hereby verifies that the information contained in this Statement of Trust and Identity of Successor Trustee is true and correct according to her information and belief.
