recorded with Document No. 887473, in Book 511PR, on Page 829,
with the office of the clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, located
within the NW1 /4NE1 /4 of Section 16, T32N, R119W, of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning the Southwest corner of the Galloway property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 879270, in
Book 483PR, on Page 808, with said Office, being a Point in the
East line of the NW1 /4 of said Section 16,
said Point of Beginning being 500.00 feet SO 37'43 "W, along said
East line from the Charles V. King, 1991 location for the
Northeast Corner of said NW1 /4;
thence S89 °35'55 "E, along the South line of said Galloway
property, 449.31 feet to the Southwest corner of the Smith
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No.
931303, in Book 665, on Page 763, with said Office;
