statement of facts:
1. That Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA holds a Mortgage dated 7 September 2006
and recorded 8 September 2006 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 633 of
Photostatic Records on page 263, the property described as Lot 3 on the plat titled,
"GUNNER FLATS SUBDIVISION SECOND FILING WITHIN THE NW1 /4SW1/4
SECTION 1 T31N 119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated August 2012, as
revised, and recorded concurrently herewith.
2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon and
the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar
of said plat had been signed.
