A tract of land located in Resurveyed Tracts 43 and 45, Township 25 North, Range 120 west, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at Milepost No. 83 of the boundary between Wyoming and Idaho, said Milepost being
monumented with a standard U.S. general Land Office pipe and brass cap and running thence S 0° 26'
13 "E, 2712.77 feet along said Wyoming- Idaho boundary, the basis of bearing of this description, to the
POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being monumented with a 5/8" X 24" Steel bar with 1 -1/2"
Aluminum cap inscribed "Fred Coles PLS 6927
Thence N 90° 00' 00" E, 1312.48 feet to a point monumented with a 5/8" X 24" Steel bar with 1 -1/2"

Thence S 0° 00' 00" E, 1499.50 feet to a point on the northerly right -of -way of the Union Pacific Railroad,

page 495 of the Lincoln County Records (snell Parcel), from which point Milepost NO. 82 of the
boundary between Wyoming and Idaho, monumented with a standard U.S. General Land Office pipe
and brass cap, bears S 0° 26'13"E, 1635.62 feet;
Thence N 89° 33'47" E, 208.71 feet along the South line of Snell Parcel to the Southeast corner therof;
Thence N 0° 26'13" W, 208.71 feet along the East Line of said Snell Parcel to the Northeast corner therof;
Thence S 89° 33'47 "W, 208.71 feet along the North Line of said Snell Parcel to the Northwest corner
therof, said corner lying on said Wyoming -Idaho boundary;
Thence N 0° 26'18" W, 742.20 feet along said Wyoming -Idaho boundary to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT those lands conveyed to Michael J. McMillan and Ann T. McMillan, joint tenants
with rights of survivorship, in that Warranty Deed dated May 2, 2012 and recorded May 2, 2012 as
Instrument #964371 in book 785, on page 537, being more particularly described as follows: All that
portion of Resurvey Tract No. 43, Township 25 North, Range 120 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, lying south of the Southerly Right -Of -Way of the union Pacific Railroad.
