of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Robert M. Wade and Cynthia L. Wade, Kurt M. Nield and
Patricia Nield, Brad S. Kennington and Kelly Jean Kennington, hereinafter called the grantor, hereby conveys and
warrants to the TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING, 5300 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82009-
3340, its assigns or successors herein called the grantee, the following described lands located in the County of Lincoln
and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Parcel No. 7
A parcel of land situate in the SW1/4SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 6, T.31N., R.118W., of the 6th P.M., Lincoln county,
Wyoming, lying between the existing southwesterly right -of -way boundary of highway US 89 and a parallel right -of-
way line 80.00 feet to the right or southwesterly side when measured radially to the following described survey line of
highway, said parallel right -of -way line begins on the northerly boundary of said SW1/4SW1/4SW and ends on the
northerly right -of -way boundary of Wyoming highway 236, being describe as follows;
Commencing at the S -51/64 comer of Section 1 -6, T.31N., R.119 /118W. of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, being
monumented by a 3" brass Cap PLS 164 from which the southwest corner of said Section 6 bears S. 0° 37' 10.5" W. a
distance of 661.31 feet, said corner being monumented by a 3" brass Cap PLS 5368;
thence N. 75° 00' 02.1" E. a distance of 94.57 feet to a point on said survey line of highway US 89, the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on a circular curve, concave northeasterly, the radius of which is 1909.86
feet, and a line tangent to said curve bears S. 17° 54' 6.7" E.;
thence along said survey line and said curve through a central angle of 11° 39' 21.3 a distance of 388.53 feet
to point of beginning of a spiral arc of 3° 00' 00.0" spiraled curve to the left, the spiral lengths of which are 450.00 feet,
the total length of which is 1,680.97 feet, a total central angle of which is 36° 55' 44.8
thence continuing along said survey line and along said spiral arc through a central angle of 5° 34' 21.0" a
distance of 262.05 feet until said parallel line intersects the northerly right -of -way boundary of Wyoming highway 236.
The above described parcel contains 3,492 square feet, more or less.
The basis of bearing being a line between the southwest corner of said Section 6 and the S-S1/64 comer of said
Section 1 -6, it being N. 0° 37' 10.5" E.
Grantor hereby covenants with the grantee, that the grantor is lawfully seized of said lands; that said lands are
flee from encumbrances, and the grantor hereby warrants the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
