PATRICIA A. DUNCAN, acting for themselves and as former Trustees of The Duncan Family Living
Trust dated September 9, 1991, which was revoked on October 28, 2004, c/o 5261 Fieldstone Drive,
Pahrump, Nevada 89061, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to DONALD L. DUNCAN, PATRICIA A. DUNCAN, and SCOTT
JAMES DUNCAN, as tenants in common, c/o 5261 Fieldstone Drive, Pahrump, Nevada 89061,
GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT 1 Lot 280, as platted and recorded in the
Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
RESERVING THEREFROM all rights, title and interest in and to any and all mineral
rights appertaining thereto.
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances,
and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, assessments, declarations
of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, and easements of sight
and /or of record.
