THAT we Todd L. Kemp and Rosa M. Kemp, husband and wife, hereby make constitute and
appoint Todd L. Kemp, as our true and lawful attorney -in -fact for us and in our names, place and
stead to purchase, encumber and execute all documents, including but not limited to, mortgages,
notes, settlement statements, affidavits, contracts and agreements necessary to purchase and
encumber the following described real property:
giving and granting unto our said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and
every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes, as we might or could do if personally present with full power of
substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney or his
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
