This easement shall be for the purpose of Right -of- Way for telecommunications lines and to construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon underground or exposed telecommunication facilities, and included as necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress to accomplish said operation, maintenance, repair, relocation and replacement. The grantee may trim or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions that pose a threat of damage to the utilities. Description of Easement. 10' utility easement centered on the line described as follows: Beginning at the Center 1/4 Corner of Section 6, T32N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence: N0 °12'49 "E 2251.29 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence: S85 °58'49 "W 130.28 feet, thence: N56 °42'44 "W 73.03 feet, thence: N53 °13'44 "W 83.45 feet, thence: N53 °9'48 "W 64.04 feet, thence: N56 °38'18 "W 93.66 feet, thence: N55 °48'42 "W 146.51 feet, thence: N13 °32'20 "E 16.40' feet, thence: N32 °42'51 "E 14.10 feet, thence: N58 °48'7 "W 51.45 feet. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
