Comes now Karl F. Scherbel of Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, who being duly
sworn on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statement of facts and affirms:
1. That he is a Professional Land Surveyor under the laws of the State of Wyoming with
Registration Number 11810.
2. That he is the person in responsible charge of a boundary survey of Star Valley Ranch Plat 2
Lot 22, completed on 27 August 2012.
3. That three of the five property corner monuments demarcating the boundaries of said Lot 22,
namely the southeast, southwest and an angle point on the west line, were obliterated.
4. That the southeast property corner monument was re- established at proportionate distance
between the northeast corner of said Lot 22 and the southeast corner of Lot 21 of said Plat 2.
5. That the southwest and west angle point monuments of said Lot 22 were re- established by a
northerly projection of the west line of Lot 20 of said Plat 22, which is marked by original
property comer monuments, using record measurements.
6. That a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL LTD PLS 11810 AFTON WY with appropriate details, was set at each of the
three re- established property comers.
7. That this affidavit is recorded to give public notice of the dependent re- survey and re-
monumentation of said Lot 22.
