HomeMy WebLinkAbout966668KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of April 18, 2007, and executed by Parsons Properties, LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $76,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 23` day of April, 2007 in Book 655 of Mortgages, at Page 455 as document #928671 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
