attached Exhibit prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. titled, "Description for Exemption Trust,
established under the Doherty Family Revocable Trust, dated 14 May 1998 Tract B dated 28
August 2012.
TOGETHER with the rights of ingress, egress and utilities as described on the attached Exhibit.
RESERVING unto the Grantor the rights described on the attached Exhibit.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way
of record or in use.

BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said GLO Lot 1;
thence S00 03' -49 "W, 74.58 feet, along the east line of said GLO Lot 1, to the southwest
corner of the SW'/S W'14 of Section 23;
thence S00 10' -58 "W, 1250.33 feet, along said east line, to the southeast corner of said
GLO Lot 1;
thence N89 23' -41 "W, 1456.22 feet, along the south line of said GLO Lot 1, to the
southwest corner thereof;
thence N00 47' -23 "E, 644.43 feet, along the west line of said GLO Lot 1, to a spike on
the centerline of Big Ridge Road;
thence northeasterly along said centerline as follows:
N43 30' -24 "E, 304.58 feet, to a spike;
N46 03' -34 "E, 721.69 feet, to a spike at the beginning of a circular curve to the right;

thence S43 30' -24 "W, 304.58 feet, to a spike on the west line of GLO Lot 1 of Section
27, T31N RI 19W, N00 47' -23 "E, 644.43 feet, from the southwest corner thereof;
it being the intent that the afore described centerline be identical with the centerline of
that easement of record in said Office in Book 743 of Photostatic Records on page
458, Exhibit E;
RESERVING unto the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns a perpetual right of
ingress, egress and utilities over, under, and across the northwesterly thirty (30) feet of the
above described TRACT B;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON
WY PLS 5368 or 11810 with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF TRACTS AND EASEMENTS FOR THE DOHERTY FAMILY
REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED 14 MAY 1998 WITHIN GLO LOT 7 SECTION 22 GLO
