($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,. receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to HUGH L. THORNOCK, as Trustee of the
HUGH L. THORNOCK REVOCABLE TRUST dated September 6, 2012, Grantee, whose address is
1114 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
PARCEL 1:
The West One -Half of the following described parcel: Beginning at a point
which is South 25 West, 1914.96 feet from the North quarter corner of Section
21, Township 21 North, Range 113 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County,
Wyoming; thence North 6801'22" West, 693.97 feet; thence South 0 °02'06" East,
2601.57 feet to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line of the Union Pacific
Railroad; thence South 8052'35" East, 651.69 feet along said Northerly right -of -way
line; thence North 0 °02'06" West, 2445.19 feet to the point of beginning. Description
also known as Lot 5, Lozier Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
PARCEL 2:
Lot 4 of Block 52 of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
