is P.O. Box 132, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, acting through the undersigned officer, do hereby
make the following statement of facts:
1. That Double L. Ranch #4, LLC is the owner of the land described under the Certificate of
Surveyor on the plat titled, "DOUBLE L RANCH PHASE IV A SUBDIVISION
IDENTICAL WITH LOTS 34, 35, 36, 38, 39 AND 40 OF DOUBLE L RANCH EAST
PHASE II SUBDIVISION AND PART OF EAST OPEN SPACE OF DOUBLE L RANCH
III, A SUBDIVISION IN THE E1 /2NE1 /4 NE1 /4SE1 /4 SECTION 28 T36N
R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 7 August 2012, as revised and recorded
concurrently herewith.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
4. That this Certificate of Owner's Signature is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as
if the original mylar of said plat had been signed.
