AMENDED 14 FILING, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on September 17, 2010, as Receiving
No. 955576, as Plat No. 955576, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and further defined
and described in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for WIND
SOCK CONDOMINIUMS, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created by Receiving No. 937728, in Book 690 P.R., on
Page 71, and further defined and described in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for WIND SOCK TOWNHOMES, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created by Receiving No. 961162,
in Book 773 P.R., on Page 347, or set forth in the related bylaws in any instrument creating the estate or interest
insured by this policy; and in any other allied instrument referred to in any of the instruments aforesaid
also known by street and number as: 171 Alpine Village Circle, Alpine, WY 83128
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
