Mary Margaret Jones, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to Virginia A. Dillon and Robert H. Goodwell, as joint
tenants with full right of survivorship, GRANTEES, whose address is
5465 Finestra Street, Pahrump, NV 89061, the following described real
estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving
and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 275 of Star Valley Ranch R.V. Park Plat 1, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and /or record.
